Every Halcyra order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If your order isn't right for you, for any reason at all, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to start a return
Email support@halcyra.store with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization can't be processed.

Condition
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. If your item arrived damaged or defective, send us a photo with your email and we'll sort it out without a return.

Refunds
Once your return is confirmed, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded on damaged or defective items.
